An OEUK medical is the recognised UK offshore medical-fitness framework and must be completed by an appropriately registered offshore medical examiner.

• Access is refused if the medical or survival training expires before the trip ends.
• Regional standards differ — a certificate accepted in one basin may not be accepted in another.
• Client-specific inductions must be repeated for each operator.
