Scheme operators and awarding bodies upload professional competencies and cards only: the scheme, card grade, card number, issue and expiry dates, and the card photograph held on the scheme record. No addresses, no dates of birth, no contact details and no employment history are exchanged in either direction. Employers see the verified qualification and the picture on the card — nothing more.
